Lifestyle Session
My most popular session, the lifestyle session is a good ‘ol fashioned photo shoot with a relaxed atmosphere and the expectation that though life is a bit crazy, it’s beautiful. If you would like your photos to show the realness of your family’s love for each other, with a bit of gently guided posing, this is a great choice for you.
In-Home Lifestyle Session
A new session designed to capture your family in a place of comfort and creativity. This kind of session is a new, exciting addition, perfect for families with children. The best part is that it’s completely customized to tell your family’s story. This session is all about your masterpiece, right? What better way to escape the generic-feeling, posed family portraits than have your home be your backdrop! So much less stress for Mom and Dad, too.

Custom Mini Session- $150
Perfect for families & small children who need a few updated snaps.
Session Details
- $150 session fee due at booking
- Includes 5 digital images. Option to upgrade is available at additional cost.
- Your fine-tuned images are available via an online gallery within 2 weeks after your session.
- Print release to print your own images
Lifestyle Session $350
This session can be in the comfort of your home or on-location (think local park, etc). It includes fifteen digital images and 1 hour of shooting.
Session Details
- Up to 1 hour minutes of shooting on location or in-home
- Includes 15 digital images. Option to upgrade is available at additional cost.
- Your fine-tuned images are available via an online gallery within 2 weeks after your session.
- Print release to print your own images

How Do I Book My Session
So you’re in love. You’re ready for swoon-worthy photos of your own little clan. Ready to brand your business with beautiful imagery. Ready to update that headshot for your resume or website. Before you start arranging those outfits, let’s hammer out the details real quickly!
The session fee and a signed contract are require to retain your date, so next, send me an email at melissa@mtaylorphoto.com or use my contact form and I’ll send those papers your way & we’ll set a date!
If you prefer, let’s chat on the phone or meet at a local coffee shop for a free consultation, where we meet in person, and dream together.
When’s the Best Time for My Session?
Outdoor sessions are scheduled to have the best lighting of the day, to capture that dreamy, golden touch. This is best close to sunset time, and will vary depending on location.
In-home sessions can be taken nearly any time of day, as long as there is adequate lighting inside your home.
Which Session Type is best for me?
Looking for relaxed photos, but need some gentle guiding with posing? Or maybe your family shines its best within your own home? Having a new baby?
